Career Summary

Aimee joined Greenaway Scott in April 2017 having  completed her training contract at Capital Law with a focus on commercial property and construction. 
 
Aimee is a commercial property solicitor at Greenaway Scott working alongside the corporate and commercial lawyers to provide legal advice on property issues arising out of corporate and commercial deals.  Aimee has advised on a broad range of property issues to a wide range of clients and transactions.   Aimee has particular experience in providing corporate support on transactions and investments including completing due diligence reports and negotiations of share purchase agreements and asset purchase agreements. Aimee also has experience in many different types of commercial property work including the drafting of leases, licences, rent deposit deeds, lease surrenders and development work such as collateral warranties and plot sales.
Prior to joining Greenaway Scott, Aimee completed her Law degree and Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University, before going on to paralegal in the Property and Projects team at Eversheds Sutherland specialising on repossessions and equity release matters.
