Greenaway Scott advises on cross border acquisition of Brenner Medical GmbH

Greenaway Scott recently advised healthcare manufacturer Clinical Innovations Inc on their seven figure acquisition of Brenner Medical GmbH alongside Leipzig based Corporate lawyers GruendelPartner.
Clinical Innovations is one of the largest medical device companies exclusively focused on labour and delivery and the neonatal intensive care unit.  In its efforts to expand its worldwide presence, Clinical Innovations has quickly become the market leader in several product categories, distributing in more than 75 countries worldwide. The company’s main focus is on expanding its global presence while developing state of the art technologies and innovative medical devices to improve the lives of mothers and their babies throughout the world.
Clinical Innovations is part of the Pritzker Group which owns and operates market leading companies in the manufactured products, services and healthcare sectors.
The acquisition of its long term distributer Brenner Medical broadens the company’s infrastructure in Europe and overall global presence. The purchase will also provide a platform to improve product reach in Germany, the continent’s largest economy.
